Shipping & Returns

We have three delivery methods:

• Free Shipping.

• Fast Shipping - £9.90.

• International postage - shipping costs depend on the country to which we are sending the goods.

For example, delivery to Italy costs £11.90, delivery to Norway costs £16.90.

When you make an order, please choose the relevant shipping method.

Free Shipping

The item(s) is sent to you directly from the supplier – from China, Japan, Malaysia etc. All the duties and custom taxes are included in the price. Therefore, on receipt of the items, you are not going to pay anything.

Delivery from our suppliers usually takes 3-5 weeks. However, sometimes shipping can take longer – up to 8 weeks. We will provide you with a tracking number. But the Royal Mail releases the information only after you have received the item.

Fast Shipping - £9.90

Delivery from our warehouse in the UK. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.

International postage

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail, DHL or Parcelforce. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and rapidly. But we cannot specify the exact time of delivery. We will contact you by e-mail with your tracking number, so you can always check the current status of delivery.

Returns procedure

We take every care to ensure that you receive the correct goods in perfect condition. If for any reason you wish to RETURN your order, please send us email to support@simply4less.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

To be eligible for a refund, you must send us email about it within 7 days and you will need to return the item to us in the same condition you received it within 14 days of shipment. Products returned after that date will not be refunded or replaced.

Please fill in Return Form, print it and attach to your return box.

Please return goods in original boxes.

All goods must be returned via recorded, insured method at your own cost. We cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. It is senders' responsibility to ensure parcels are adequately insured. If the goods exceed £30 in value, we strongly suggest that you take out additional insurance.

You have to pay postage fees for parcels which you are returning.

Once we receive your email within 7 days and return within 14 days of shipment, we will refund the full value that you paid for the item (excluding delivery fees) or replace the items free of charge.

If we’ve shipped by mistake an incorrect item, please feel free to return the packages. Then we’ll either credit your account (the full value of the packages plus your postage fees) or replace the item free of charge.

If your products have been damaged in transit, please refuse it. Then we’ll either credit your account (the full value of the packages) or replace the items free of charge.
